Braskem America B-100 LN is a low molecular weight, thermoplastic aromatic C9 hydrocarbon resin obtained through catalytic polymerization. It comes in a pearl-like shape with a yellow colored scale. Compatible with most solvents and polymeric materials, it has a controlled naphthalene content, reducing odor compared to regular C9 hydrocarbon resins. In rubbers, Unilene ® B-100 LN improves processability, dispersion, tack, and filler incorporation, while avoiding elastomer deterioration.
